I was extremely impressed with the hotel desk clerk Patrice. I was there to visit my sister in the hospital. The hotels' juice machine has been broke for quite sometime. Patrice worked around the clock on New Years weekend. She bought gallons of orange juice & put a glass beverage dispenser on the breakfast line with ice to keep it chilled. I stayed 3 nights & 4 days, my visit was wonderful. Cindy the breakfast bar employee, kept it spotless & everything filled. She was friendly and helpful. Tywan was my housekeeping person. He was friendly, kind & helpful. No matter where I seen him, inside the hotel or outdoors he had a big smile on his face! I will always stay at Home2 Suites in Prattville. You have excellent employees, please let them know it.

Clean, comfortable, modern. Close to restaurants, shopping, work and home. Really excellent breakfast each morning. Fitness center and pool were in great condition and there was a grill and tables.

The front desk staff was very helpful and friendly.

Location, hospitality, cleanliness, staff was absolutely excellent! They went above and beyond to ensure our comfort! And they were so cordial, approachable and accommodating! My family and I bonded with them instantly
